The complimentary city transportation card was incredibly helpful for exploring, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a spread that can't be found elsewhere at this price.

Conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, making travel easy. The décor in the dining area had a charming vibe, adding to the overall atmosphere.

The elevator was cramped, barely fitting two people with luggage, which was quite inconvenient during peak hours. The lack of sufficient air conditioning in the rooms left them uncomfortably warm at night, particularly for those facing the train tracks, where noise from trains could be a nuisance. Breakfast options felt limited and not up to standard for a four-star rating, leaving something to be desired. Additionally, housekeeping services seemed inconsistent, with some areas not receiving proper attention until later in the day, which may disrupt guests expecting timely service. The absence of basic amenities in the room, such as an iron, meant having to trek to the 8th floor for laundry needs.

The Executive Double Room was super comfy with a huge bed. Everything was clean, and the amenities were spot on. Absolutely loved the space and how quiet it was despite being near the train station. Felt cozy and well taken care of, which made our stay enjoyable. Internet worked great too!

I had a great time during my stay! The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore Geneva. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing us with free public transport tickets, which was a nice touch. My only concern was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t very effective, making it a bit warm at times.

Just a proper fit for a weekend stopover in Geneva with outstanding value for money. The family room was spacious and private, perfect for our needs. If you want breakfast, consider exploring local cafes for better options.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me arrange a car service, which was memorable. I recommend trying the delicious breakfast! I'm coming back for a weekend....

We enjoyed four restful nights. The location near the train station made exploring Geneva a breeze. The kitchenette in our room was a lifesaver for quick meals. Don’t miss the charming cafes nearby for breakfast. Just note, elevators are small! Bring light luggage if possible.
